House Policies:
Fire & Emergency Exits: The exit sign nearest the seat you occupy is the shortest route to exit the theater in the event of fire or other emergency. Please follow the instructions of ushers or other theater personnel.
Food & Beverages: Beverages and snacks are available in the lobbies before performances and during intermissions. Wisconsin law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors. Beverages are allowed in the auditorium.
Restroom: Restrooms are conveniently located in the lobby and on the balcony levels.
Latecomers: Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Theater Management during appropriate pauses in the program. Stefanie H. Weill Center policy is to begin performances at the advertised curtain time.
Special Accommodations: Wheelchair seating locations are available upon request from the Weill Center Ticket Office. The Box Office policy is to sell one wheelchair ticket and one companion ticket together. Patrons with special needs are to inform the Ticket Office when purchasing tickets for a show.
Smoking: The Stefanie H. Weill Center is a smoke-free facility.
Emergency Calls: Emergency calls may be received in our ticket office, at (920)208-3243. As a courtesy to other patrons, please turn off electronic paging devices and cellular telephones.
Photographs & Recording: Cameras and recording devices may not be brought into the Theater without the consent of the Weill Center Management. Please note that the recording in any form of a live performance may be a violation of federal copyright laws.
