When is the ticket office open?

  • Mondays and Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 p.m., 2 hours prior to performances and 1 hour prior to movies.
  • The theater doors open one hour prior to show time.

Does my child need a ticket if she/he sits on my lap during a performance? 

Yes, every person in the theater must have a ticket.  

Can i return or exchange my tickets?

All tickets are non-refundable and/or non-exchangable. No weather cancellations. 

What is the fee I see when I order tickets online?

A $2 preservation fee and $3 ticketing fee is charged with each ticket (reflected in marketed price).

The $2 mailing fee is an additional fee, charged once per order. No fee is charged if the patron decides to place their order at “will call” for pick up the night of the show.

DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE SEATING FOR PATRONS IN WHEELCHAIRS? 

Yes, we have designated areas on the main floor of the theater that are accessible.  There are companion seats in those areas, as well.  Please specify that you need this accommodation when ordering tickets.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Free street parking is available after 5pm M-F and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Sheboygan is located halfway between Milwaukee and Green Bay on Interstate 43. Take Exit 126 (Highway 23 East) into Sheboygan. Highway 23 will turn into Kohler Memorial Dr. and then again into Erie Ave. Stay on Erie Ave. until 8th St., turn right on 8th St. and proceed 2 blocks. You will see the Sheboygan Theater marquee on the right side of the street.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEO DURING THE SHOW? 

While the Weill Center does not have a policy prohibiting cameras, many artists do, and we enforce this on behalf of the artists.  The use of video or sound recording devices is always prohibited.  Please turn off your mobile phones, pagers, and watch alarms before a performance.  When in doubt, call the ticket office at 920-208-3243.  Signs will also be posted in the lobby when picture taking/videos are not allowed for a performance. 

HOW LONG DOES THE SHOW LAST? 

Events vary in length. Shows may or may not contain an intermission. Contact the Ticket Office for specific show details.

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINK IN WITH ME? 

You can now enjoy refreshments from our concessions for all performances in the theater.  No outside food or beverages are allowed.

IS THERE ELEVATOR ACCESS TO THE BALCONY?

The elevator has no access to the balcony. There are handicap accessible seats on the main floor of the auditorium. 

HOW SOON SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE A PERFORMANCE? 

Most often, patrons have assigned seats, so it is not necessary to get here well in advance of the performance time.  The theater doors open one hour before performances.  You will want to plan for parking and the time to get into the theater and into your seats by show time. 

IS THE WEILL CENTER TOBACCO FREE?

Weill Center is a non-smoking, tobacco-free facility, including the use of electronic cigarettes. Lit matches or lighters are not allowed.
