Looking for a great place for a board retreat, birthday party or cocktail hour? Look no further! The Weill has the perfect space for any event.


Add a live stream to your event for $150

Our expert technicians use up to four cameras to capture your event and stream it live. Our team can distribute via our YouTube channel or can work with you to coordinate with a platform of your choosing. We can easily switch between a live feed, other pre-recorded videos and even PowerPoint presentations. Your program can also be recorded for future use.

BOARD ROOM AND HISTORIC LOBBY BALCONY

Details and provisions:

White board and markers provided
Accessible by stairs or elevator
Restrooms located in the historic lobby
Bar can be made available/stocked

Board room capacity:
-14 executive chairs in the board room
-Room for an additional 14 with chairs lined up along wall

Lobby balcony capacity:
Presentation - 24 (chairs in a row with room for screen)

Banquet - 20
(seated - 64” rounds)

Cocktail - 40
(standing - cocktail tables and bar, utilizing board room)

$50/hour

All alcohol must be sold and distributed by the Weill Center or otherwise approved. There are no restrictions on catering vendors at this venue.

- Screen and projector rental - $300 per use
- Steinway Concert D 9’ Grand Piano - $300 per use
- Steinway Concert 7’ Grand Piano (brown) - $300 per use
- Kimball pipe organ - $300 per use
- Kurtzweil electric keyboard - $75 per use
- Follow spots (2 available) - $75 per unit per event (includes operator)
- Stage lighting - negotiable
- Onstage sound monitors - $50 per unit per event
- Wired microphones - $75 per day
- Wireless microphones - $75 per day (one provided free of charge)
- Orchestra Shell - $200 (includes set-up and take-down)
- Choral risers - $25 per unit per day
- Music stands, lights - $1 each
- Marley Dance Floor - $100 per day (plus labor to lay/remove)
