Weill Center Provisions:

All alcohol must be sold and distributed by the Weill Center or otherwise approved. There are no restrictions on catering vendors at this venue.


Add-ons:

  • Live streaming option - $150 per event
  • Screen and projector rental - $300 per use
  • Steinway Concert D 9’ Grand Piano - $300 per use
  • Steinway Concert 7’ Grand Piano (brown) - $300 per use
  • Kimball pipe organ - $300 per use
  • Kurtzweil electric keyboard - $75 per use
  • Follow spots (2 available) - $75 per unit per event (includes operator)
  • Stage lighting – negotiable
  • Onstage sound monitors - $50 per unit per event
  • Wired microphones - $75 per day
  • Wireless microphones - $75 per day (one provided free of charge)
  • Orchestra Shell - $200 (includes set-up and take-down)
  • Choral risers - $25 per unit per day
  • Music stands, lights - $1 each
  • Marley Dance Floor - $100 per day (plus labor to lay/remove)
